  • I’m a first-time customer. How do I set up an account?

    We will need your current OMMA grower/processor license along with your current OBNDD license. We will also need the current OMMA Transporter Agent Card for anyone transporting your samples to us. OMMA requires that we make copies and attach them to each customer’s account. This is for everyone’s protection.

  • What does ISO 17025 accreditation mean?

    The International Organization for Standardization applies directly to testing and calibration labs. This accreditation ensures the quality and validity of results.

  • How can I verify your ISO 17025 accreditation?

  • How much sample should I send?

  • Which products can I send for testing?

    Edibles, sublinguals, beverages, tablets, topicals, concentrate, vape oils, isolate, distillate and raw plant material. Product not listed? For questions, please contact 918-218-5544.

  • Which tests do you offer?

    Cannabinoid potency, filth and foreign material, heavy metals, microbials, moisture content, mycotoxins, pesticides, residual solvents, terpenes and water activity. Visit our testing section  here for more information.

  • Which tests are required?

    Please visit OMMA Testing Procedures and METRC Support Bulletin to locate the required test

  • What is the difference between regulatory compliance vs. research and development (R&D) testing?

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • must meet regulatory requirements
    • must be reported to METRC for validation
    • must complete full panel testing
    R&D Testing:
    • limited to internal use by growers, processors and patientsis not reported to the state
    • can choose any combination of tests
    • typically used to help diagnose and solve ongoing product/processing
    • issues; can also be used to better understand and improve quality of
    • products/procedures

  • What is the cost of testing?

  • I’m just a patient. Can I have my own product tested?

    Absolutely! All we need from you is a valid MMJ patient license. The cost and amount of product needed for testing is the same.

  • How do I pay for testing?

    We accept card, cash, check and money orders. You will be charged the same day we receive your samples prior to testing. If you would like, we can keep your card information on file.

  • Do you have a courier service?

    Yes. Please contact us for scheduling.

  • What is a transportation manifest?

    A transportation manifest is required prior to transporting cannabis products. This document shall include information such as the name, license number and physical addresses of the grower/processor, the transporter and the receiving party, along with the date and time of departure and arrival and the route the driver takes. Transporter agents are only allowed to transport product for the business that they are employed by. Please reference them OMMA Transporter FAQs.
    The transportation manifest must be created within METRC. Once you submit a sample for testing in METRC, it can be added to a transport manifest via New Transfer.

  • What is a COC?

    The Chain of Custody documents every transaction with another licensee, patient or caregiver, establishes ongoing inventory controls/procedures for traceability, and identifies and allows for seed-to-sale tracking. You can view it here

  • How do I send samples via METRC?

  • What is the average turnaround time?

    Full compliance 3-5 business days

  • What is a COA?

    A Certificate of Analysis details the specific testing a sample has received, including information such as product name, batch information, test type, results, etc. This certification ensures each product has been tested in accordance with state regulations and is safe for consumption.

  • Can I view my results before the final COA is released?

    Of course, once the test is completed you will be able to view your results in the customer portal.

  • How will I be notified when the final COA is complete?

    You can access them here

  • Do you share my results with the state, DEA, or any other government agency?

    Yes, your results are uploaded into METRC.

  • What can I do if my batch fails?

    Reference the Remediation section of TITLE.442 OMMA
